Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

1. Who this is between

link.tattoo (“we”, “us”) is operated by Janek Mazur, Sopot, Poland. Contact: contact@link.tattoo.

These terms cover artists and studios who create an account and publish a page. If you are a client sending a booking request to an artist, you are not our customer — see section 8.

2. What the service is

link.tattoo gives a tattoo artist a public page at link.tattoo/yourhandle holding their portfolio, flash wall, links and a booking form, plus a dashboard for the requests that form produces.

We are not a booking agent, a payment processor, or a party to any tattoo. We do not take a commission, do not hold your money, and never touch a payment. Any agreement about work, price, deposit or appointment is between you and your client. See section 5.

3. Your account and your handle

4. Your content

You keep everything. Your photographs, flash designs, text and client list remain yours. We claim no ownership.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, resize and display your content solely to operate the service — serving your page to visitors, generating link previews, and showing it back to you in the editor. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, save for backups that expire on our ordinary cycle.

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use everything you upload, including photographs of finished work. If a photograph shows an identifiable person, you are responsible for having their permission to publish it.

What you may not publish

We may remove content or suspend a page that breaches this. Where the breach is not serious or unlawful we will normally warn you first.

5. Money, deposits and the 0% promise

link.tattoo takes no commission on any tattoo, deposit or payment. This is not a temporary offer; it is how the product is built — no money passes through us.

link.tattoo does not handle payments. Any price, deposit or cancellation policy is agreed between you and your client directly, in whatever way you already use, and we are not a party to it. We cannot refund, reverse, chase or hold a payment.

link.tattoo is currently offered entirely free of charge. Paid plans are in development. If or when paid subscriptions or premium features launch — including any feature that lets you attach your own payment link to a reply — we will update these terms first to include pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation policies, and give you advance notice.

6. The free plan

The free plan is a complete, permanent product, not a trial. It carries a small link.tattoo mark on your page and on the embeddable booking button. Removing that mark is a paid feature.

We may change what the free plan includes, but we will not remove a feature you are actively relying on without reasonable notice.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service up but do not promise uninterrupted availability. The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or that it will produce any particular number of bookings or any amount of income.

Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. Your photographs in particular should exist somewhere other than here.

8. Clients who send booking requests

If you fill in an artist’s booking form, you are contacting that artist. We pass your answers, photographs and contact details to them and store them so they can reply. We do not read them for our own purposes, do not market to you, and are not involved in whether a tattoo happens or what it costs. How your information is handled is set out in the Privacy Notice.

By using link.tattoo to receive client bookings, you agree to appoint us as your data processor for those requests.

9. Ending it

You can stop at any time. Deleting your account releases your handle and removes your published page. Deletion is not reversible, and a released handle can be claimed by someone else.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or is used to harm another person. For anything other than a serious or unlawful breach we will give notice and a chance to fix it.

10. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profit, lost bookings, lost data or indirect loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period — which on the free plan is nothing.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes affecting your rights, or introducing an upcoming paid plan, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the dashboard before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the courts of Gdańsk, Poland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
